A couple of weeks ago I had a water leak coming from my slab foundation. I attempted to look for the root cause. I was in the process of attempting to repair my drainage pipe that was broken. He arrived with his tools and mainly his honesty and expertise. He first brought out his camera to look at the pipes I was having issues with. He showed me how old my pipes looked and needed repair. That was my only option. I agreed. My sewer pipes were breaking apart. Greg gave me a completion date which he fulfilled. My wife and I are happy with the outcome of repiping all of our sewer lines. We recently had a plumbing disaster in our home. A-1 Sewer Pros was recommended to us. Greg came and inspected our pipes for the house. He used his camera equipment so we could see the inside of our pipes and provided a copy of the footage in a USB drive for our records. He confirmed we had no other issues to be worried about and hooked us up with a bottle of Bio Line Drain Maintainer to keep the pipes clean and clear. I asked for other preventative services but he was honest to let me know my pipes were almost as good as new and the additional service would not be needed at this time and that all I really needed was the maintenance cleaner. Greg was very friendly, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in future services.
Greg Gava is a class act. I was actually referred to him by another plumber that specializes in other areas of plumbing. I am an active Real Estate Broker and refer clients to him like clockwork. In two recent sewer line inspections, he has done exceptional work in identifying problems that need to be addressed and verifying the quality of new sewer lines installed across various properties!
This plumber, Greg, is incredibly professional. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve gotten ripped off by so many other plumbers, but this guy was honest, reasonable and very good at what he does. He’s also very personable and easy to talk to. He explains things in layman’s terms so you can understand what he’s saying.

What great service! Called Greg at about 230am after my husband tried to fix our clogged drain/toilet for a couple of hours. After calling several different 24 hr emergency plumbers (some I left voice messages on, I don’t know how they would say they service emergencies if they don’t pick up the phone. one, Rooter Hero picked up and the dispatcher could not find a service person in my area), I gave up for a plumber whose office hours were earlier than 9am. 9am is too late as hubby starts work at 7 and I at 7:30. I found Greg at A-1 Sewer Pros. He’s office hours start at 6am – Perfect!
So then I call thinking I’d leave a message since it’s 230am. He picks up the line! Another plus! We tell him our issue and ask for a general quote as I know it can be different or the job more difficult then a simple unclogging. His quote is reasonable considering other’s coupon prices were 1/2 that. But he’s available and available early. He comes out 10 mins before 6 and is done and gone by 6:20am. We all have time for quick shower and get to work on time!
